Unfortunately, it seems a lot of members still don't quite understand the payment system and get a little disgruntled with the way in which we distribute payments.

Let us explain...

Payments generally take approx. 10-12 working days. Approx. means an AVERAGE. It could be 3 working days it could be 20. This EXCLUDES weekends and bank holidays. The reason for not giving an exact deadline is simply due to the number of external factors affecting the process.

Example: If you requested payment on 1st September and you received it on 17th, that is the 11th working day since your request, NOT 17.

Secondly, PayPal often reverse payments (due to suspected fraud). We will always delay payments until these issues are resolved.

This can delay one or two members' payments or a lot more.

Payments are sent by real people at You-Cubez.com, not bots. We have to process the payments manually, which includes fraud checks amongst other things. This is a timely process. No way around that unfortunately.

The only other way around this is to send payments once per month. (Net 60).

Example: 1st Nov, you will receive payment for commissions earned in Septemer, 1st Dec you will receive payment for commissions earned in October etc...

I'm sure a higher percentage of members would rather stick to the current format, but feel free to leave your comments.

Hope this helps.

I totally understand and I would be happy either way although of course the current payment system is the most preferable.

I know the site pays so I'm not worried when I request a cashout - it doesn't worry me at all if it takes 14 working days.

Keep up the good work - You Cubez is a great site!

Thanks for the kind words.

We believe the current payment system is preferred.

We usually wait 30-60 days for payments from companies, so feel we're pretty fair ;)

I think you will have a lot fewer payments to do if you go to a net 60. Maybe an unemployed American or Greek or........would come and help you out. :) You do what you feel is best and members will either stay or go whatever you decide. All part of doing business.

keep it as it is, the payout system works fine people just have to be more patient. Its better waiting and knowing you will eventually be paid. You have made it clear enough it is APPROX 10 - 15 WORKING DAYS.

You should also add to the terms and conditions that if people ask about pending payments before 15 working days then you deduct a % from their earnings to stop all the idiots that constantly send you support tickets asking "when will I be paid"

If you do it once a month Im also happy with that.

TO WHOM WHO GET A LITTLE DISGRUNTLED - plz dont give admin the "grounds" to implement that Net 60 rule :)

Admin: Sorry for being a "little" cheeky, personally I wouldn't mind it either way. For newer members, this may be a point of disinterest. I think, we are all better off with current ways of payments. Thanks.

OR

have certain banks manage the payments, take money from your account instead of putting it in, report the amount they TAKE as a tax liability and then fight the IRS or your national taxing authority.

OR

stick with what you have now even if it is a little annoying. Annoying is better than not getting paid at all.

I think that most important thingh is the stability of Y-C.
If actual payment system works... and it do from years... why change it?

Good work admin!

I am quite happy to wait because I know that I will receive my payment in due time. People need to be aware that you-cubez has been paying members for years now and you-cubez continues to grow and improve.

It might be worth editing the payment request page stating in brackets that payments will be delivered within 30 days from date of request.

However, if you continue to receive emails concerning payments from members, it is not worthy for your time to be taken up when you could spend your time doing much more important things.
Therefore, it may be in your best interest to make payments scheduled for a particular date and set time for all members requesting payment.

I would be happy for either option to be set but I think you really need to take the lead on this after seeing what opinions are shared.

All the best!

It seems a payment thread gets people talking ;)

We will be sticking to our current model for now.

3-4 years ago, we could send payments within 2-3 days as we had far less members, far less requests and far less activity.

The site has grown since then, far more than we ever expected and therefore sending payments within a few days is no longer possible.

It seems most members are happy with the current situation. Thank you for the feedback.

Just keep paying ...no matter when. Once I know you will pay ,I am happy.
I have been scammed in the past and is happy to find a site that honors its commitments.

You may add cube funds to your cubes to increase their value.
