It seems Payza are no longer allowing UK account holders to use their sevice.

We have no idea why, but unfortunately, we will be making a few changes to the site as we can no longer accept/send payments with Payza.

If you have an outstanding payment (via Payza), we will do our best to send as many as we can, until our account balance is depleted.

We will then have to ask you to request future payments with PayPal for the time being.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our hands.

We regret to inform you that as of Thursday, October 18, 2012, Payza will suspend money transfers into all UK-based Payza accounts. This is necessary in order to implement a number of changes to our system.

Your money is still available; however, you will not be able to:

Add funds to your Payza e-wallet
Receive funds or accept payments to your Payza e-wallet
Request funds or send an invoice
Send funds, make payments or issue corporate disbursements to other UK-based Payza accounts

The moment that any and all services will be restored, we will inform you immediately via email and in a notification within your Payza account. Please be sure to check your Payza account and your email on a regular basis for the latest updates to our services.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this interruption of service will cause you. We would like to emphasize that it is our intention, as a consequence of the changes we are putting in place at Payza, to be able provide the UK market with a robust online payment platform enhanced by a wider range of services.

Thank you for your understanding,
The Payza Team

I believe that the UK Payza part of Payza has been taken over by another company, hence the reason why the UK based Payza accounts are effectively frozen until they implement the changes as detailed in the above copy of the email recently sent out.
Hope this clarifies the situation.

Thanks for the post.

You think it's only temporary? We're not convinced... but we'll see ;)

Well, we may have to just stick with PayPal for the time being. We'll see what happens.

Must admit, PayPal is damned good at the moment, especially with it's instant payments to and from Bank accounts :)

We haven't had many problems with PayPal recently and most payments sent/received at You-Cubez are from PayPal anyway.

I am not sure whether you are going to stop sending/accepting payments with Payza for UK members only or is it going to be applicable across the board? Seems like payza has some reconstruction work to do in that region but payza is also the only payment option in other regions where paypal has stopped operating.

It would be applied to all members as we can no longer accept payments with Payza and cannot add funds to our account, so we won't have any funds in Payza.

I saw somewhere on their twitter account a brief mention that it has something to do with becoming registered with the FSA. Their lack of communication and vagueness is frustrating though. Thanks for the update.

All outstanding payments requested to Payza have now been cancelled, so please request to PayPal for the foreseeable future.

Yes - we've contacted them, but they didn't give us a reason as to why...

I can't change my payment option to Paypal, because I have the message 'Sorry, you can only update your profile once per month'. But I think I changed my profile more than one month ago. Can you tell me when can I change again my profile ?

Hi, if you visit that section again, it will tell you when you last updated your profile.

That's absolutely calamitous! Thanks to Payza for ruining it all.

Admin: Are you at all anticipating allowance of Payza services again?

If they allow us to accept payments then we will use them again, yes.
