We are pleased to announce that we have resolved account issues for most members now.

If you are still experiencing a problem, please contact support.

POSTING HERE WILL NOT RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE. You must contact support - Contact support

If you requested a payment on 31st March or 1st April, this was CANCELLED and you must contact support to re-arrange.

To clarify, members are NOT being punished. We realise that some members may have had their earnings amended by a little too much which is what we've been addressing today. We are not a scam, as some may think, nor do we feel we have to prove this. It was just one of those things!

Please bare in mind, that some members purchased cubes and member's cubes with these earnings and we have tried to honour as many cube sales for members as possible. I believe we only cancelled 1 or 2 cube sales.

We will also be adding a FREE cube token to all members that had their accounts amended in the coming days and will do our best to add some additional cash cubes throughout the month.

Some members have argued it wasn't their fault and we totally agree. However, we still have to deduct the earnings as some cash cubes were clicked 100's of times.

Thanks admin. You have handled this well and extremely fast so I support you and hope people will learn in future to alert you as soon as they see a problem instead of taking advantage.

Hi.

I usually don't come to the forum but I think this time is fair to come here and give credit to the You-Cubez Admin.

Today after reading the first post about the cash cubes bug, I did what was told. Contact Admin on the Contact suport.
I am very pleased to announce that I got an awnser within 2 or 3 hours, and my problem was solved.
I had requested a withdrawll on the 31th of March (with founds I had earned prior to the bug), I requested admin to check if there was any earnings due to the bug either from me or my referrals, and asked to credit back to my earnings account (it had a negative balance today on my first login). I have my earnings account allready right, the admin has credited the amout I requested to cash out, and all is rigth.

The site had a problem, and we need to understand that these things can happen to everyone. No one should profit from a bug and no one should be penalized from that either.

I am using this site since 2009 and also others, and this is by far one of the best.

I recomend all members to contact admin on the support page, and you will see your problem will be solved.

Great - it seems that the majority of accounts have all been resolved. Any member that was affected by the bug, will be receiving a free cube token shortly. You will receive an e-mail as confirmation.

Bugged again.
And I agree with previous post that site is way too slow - to the point of being unusable.
I wanted to invest again but at this rate that won't happen.
Disappointed.

We were well aware of the bug - we were updating the site.

The site speed is being investigated but looks like it was due to a member abusing his referral link.

Hi, we seem to be going from extreme to another. Unlimited cash cube clicks to not being credited for cash cubes. I am now getting a "We are unable to process your request please contact support" message after every cash cube i click now. Please sort this problem out once and for all.
