Hi admin,

I just bought the 9.95 Yearly memebership but my account is still showing as Standard membership. My brother purchased the same membership and immediately got upgraded. Some help please!

I can provide the email confirmation from PayPal as proof of purchase.

I did a second try to upgrade the membership and this time round i was upgraded successfully. But that means I had paid TWICE. Could the admin kindly refund me the 9.95? i will be more than happy to show the PayPal transaction as proof.

Sure - just contact support with the transaction ID and we'll refund it.
