Why my pending payment was canceled and return to my Earnings Balance?
I have waited for about 20 days for this cashout of £6.00.
I joined form last year and clicked many cash cubes myself these months.

Must I upgrade to cashout? I don't find the answer.
If so, I can't upgrade right away, because my money is in NEOBUX now.

No - you do not need to upgrade to cashout.

You will have been sent an e-mail with the reason why your payment was declined.

The contact form should be working fine.

Just contact us to resolve the issue. Most of the time it will be something as simple as updating your account details to ensure the names on your accounts match.

Yes, I send contact form to explain my name and the reason yesterday, but when I see My Account-Profile today, I found the full name hasn't been changed yet.

But nothing happened till now. When I see the profile, my full name is still the old one, and nobody contact me with email these days. I will try live support later today.

I had use live support just now, and updated my full name, but it shows not correct in the site. I will try another payment require today to see if it works right.

I had changed my you-cubez full name again to match my paypal name. I am waiting for a new payout to see if it works right.
