On the 23rd of the January i put a cube for sale by mistake #20838 valued at £25923.00.
I was trying like usually to see the limit one can sell the cube because there was always a minimum limit of sale value for a cube. I put 1 pound so the system can say to me that you cannot sell for x price you have to sell for y price.
The cube was on sale. I immediately tried to cancel it I could not and I know that you have to stay on the market for one day. So I tried to update the price and it said "price updated". But nothing changed in the price. Still one pound. I reached out to You-Cubez support and they replied two days after (by this time i could not even see my cube) with the following:

"Your cube was purchased, and the sale is pending.

If this was a mistake, we will have to reverse the transaction.

Kind regards,

Andrew
www.you-cubez.com"

I immediately replied on the 24th of January:
"Please reverse the transaction Andrew I sent you an email minutes after the mistake

Thank you,"

Today on the 31 of January I receive this:

"Your cube (#20838) sale has been APPROVED and funds have been added to your Earnings balace as requested.

To sell more cubes, just go to: http://www.you-cubez.com/sell.php"

Today i tried to ask what happened and i got this reply back:
"Message blocked
Your message to info@you-cubez.com has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.

The response from the remote server was:
550 "JunkMail rejected - mail-wm1-f46.google.com [209.85.128.46]:52023 is in an RBL: "

This is not fair.

I have been patient and cordial on the contacts with support and a way to resolve this situation in a timely and satisfactory manner was proposed by Andrew in support.
I also appeal to mods to please don't remove this thread its not an offensive one and there is no profanity within i will work with you to remove anything on this post that might be against the forum TOS.
I also please ask the repliers to be civil because I don't want for them to remove this thread because of something repliers to the OP say, which is something i often see in some forums.

First thank you for the reply.
I received an email from you and proceed to create a cube on my account. Its now waiting approval.
When the situation is resolved I will write a small conclusion to this situation here. Don't want people to get any wrong impression.
