Due to a recent acquisition by Google, Meebo (our live chat provider) is being shut down.

We will therefore be closing our live support with the aim of introducing a better version later in the year.

As always, if you have a question or query, just head over to the contact page.

The only inconvenience would be typing an email instead of talking to a live person on chat. Otherwise, your support service has always been great. Look forward to new version.

I would suggest that you try and involve all existing members in process of creating newer version by asking them about desired features, of course, when you start working on that. Good Luck!

Do most of you even read the announcement before posting?

I mean it's okay to say "Thanks for letting us know", but just "thank you" sounds like "finally, it's gone!". range1 seems to be the only one with an oppinion on that matter.

Seriously, I always wonder where those "thanks admin!" and "great news!" people are coming from.
