NOTE: This is NOT an April fool's joke.

As many of you may have realised, there was an issue with the site that allowed users to click the same cash cube multiple times (31st March - 1st April).

It's a shame to say that quite a few members took advantage of this and decided to click the same cube over and over (in some cases 100's/1000's of times) to increase their earnings before we realised.

As you can appreciate, we cannot honour the funds that have been earned from this and have had to deduct the earnings for the last 2 days of cash cubes clicked by some members.

NOTE: If you did not click any cash cubes or only clicked a few on 31st March or 1st April, then your Earnings balance will not have changed.

If you requested a payout on 31st March or 1st April, it has been cancelled and you will need to contact us so we can sort this out.

PLEASE READ:
If you transferred funds from your Earnings balance to your A/c balance on 31st March or 1st April, the funds were transferred BACK to your Earnings balance.

If you think your A/c balance or Earnings balance might be incorrect then please do not hesitate to contact us as we'll be happy to address each individual case if we must.

We realise that this may affect some members who didn't take advantage of the bug, and we will therefore do our best to add some additional cash cubes throughout April to compensate.

We are still checking accounts so if you DID click the same cash cube multiple times, your balance will be reduced over the next day or so.

We understand this is not ideal, but due to the fact some members took advantage of the issue, we had to take action and felt this was better than banning accounts.

Again, please don't hesitate to get in touch if you think your balance is incorrect. PS. Honesty will get you much further when we come to help you ;) If your Earnings or A/c balance is a NEGATIVE number, e.g. -£1.xxx, then get in touch so we can rectify this.

**UPDATE** (13:15 - 2nd April)
We realise that some accounts may have been debited more than they earned during the issue with the cash cubes. Please don't panic - you just need to contact support (just the once!) and we will adjust your account. (Also mention how much you had in your Earnings before the 31st if you can remember)
