Update: I could hardly believe, but I've just been credited for ALL videos I've played this morning, after the 1st attempt to play each of them. Thanks, Admin!

Update: BAD NEWS. I was only credited for the videos I watched early in the morning, but haven't been credited again all day since then. I'm beginning to lose my faith in Virool's service. I have a very bad feeling that this is more than just a short term technical issue.

Quick status update: after not having been paid for the videos (11 ones) for another day I got credits again for 3 videos tonight after 00:00 server time. Well see if it still working tomorrow.

Quick status update again: no credits at all during the day on any of my work computers, but I got credits again on my home computer this evening.

We are waiting to hear back from Virool regarding this. It does sound like a few issues their end unfortunately!

Dear Admin,

thanks for the update.

First of all, I'd like to mention that without a doubt it's been the "glory day" for both You-Cubez and Virool today. There was a MASSIVE amount of videos today and I've got the credits for most of them. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
(I take it as kind of a compensation for that week I was not credited for the videos :-) )

Status update of the problem: I still get no credits when I'm connected from the company network, but at least I get the credits when I'm connected from home. I'm remote controlling my home PC to catch as much videos as I can by logging in from my home network. :-)

Thanks for the update. That sounds like some kind of security software on your work computer could be affecting the tracking.
