 1. Add the number of referrals to the Home page (link to Referrals would then look like Referrals (48) )
or add a tag when there is a new referral and the user hasn't visited the Referrals page yet (Referrals NEW)

2. Send the new referral username in the e-mail notification. Currently, there is only "you have a new referral" message, but it would be nice to have it like "You have a new referral. His name is X", where X would be the username.
